Payment Method
Due to the influence of covid-19 and weather conditions, it may take 10 days or more for the parcel to arrive.
Only credit card payments are accepted
Credit card information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
The input contents such as card information will be sent by encryption technology (SSL).
You can only use the card in the name of the person.
About delivery
★Please note!!★
Please enter all addresses, names, etc. in alphabets and numbers. If you use Chinese characters or special characters, we may not be able to know the exact address and the product may not arrive.
・Delivery method
It will be shipped by Fedex or EMS.
Items weighing up to 200g will be mailed using the International ePacket by Japan Post.
・About delivery time
After the payment for the products is completed, the stock items are usually shipped in 2 to 3 business days and the custom-made products will be shipped from the factory as soon as they are completed.
If the product is out of stock, we will contact you by email.
Please note that the delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
Not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
We do not ship during special holidays such as summer and winter.
Orders past 9:00 am will be handled the next day.

Please note any customs duties or import taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Shipping cost
・About inquiries when sending posters
The shipping fee for the poster will be as follows due to the shape of the package used for sending.
Items with posters up to 620 mm on the short side : The shipping cost is the same as a package weighing 1.5 kg.
Items with a size of 621 to 920 mm on the shorter side of the poster : The same shipping cost as a package weighing 4.0 kg.
If you wish to purchase more than one poster, the shipping fee may be cheaper, so please email us at the following email address before proceeding with the shopping procedure.

About multiple deliveries
It is not possible to deliver to multiple locations in one order. If you would like more than one delivery address, please order separately.
Return Policy
We will accept returns or exchanges due to our cause such as defective or defective products. Please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.
If you do not wish to exchange for a non-defective product, we will refund it to the designated account regardless of the payment method.
APJ will be responsible for the cost of returning and resending the product.
If the product is out of quantity or defective, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. We will replace or repair it at our expense.
If the item cannot be replaced or repaired, the item price will be refunded.
Except as specified above, we will not accept any returns after ordering the product.
